Job Title: Digital Marketing Head

Experience Required: 8-12 years in digital marketing (preferably in financial services, stock broking, or fintech)

Role Summary:
The Digital Marketing Head is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of all digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth for the stockbroking company. This role focuses on creating a digital presence across various channels, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring a high return on digital marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify growth opportunities through digital channels including paid, owned, and earned media.
Create a multi-channel approach using SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Customer Acquisition & Engagement:
Lead customer acquisition campaigns through online platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Optimize user journeys and funnels to enhance customer experience and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure lead nurturing and customer engagement.
Performance Marketing & Analytics:
Drive performance marketing initiatives across search engines and social media.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV) to optimize marketing spends.
Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for tracking and reporting on performance.
Content & Creative Management:
Oversee the development and implementation of content strategy (blogs, whitepapers, videos, etc.).
Collaborate with content, creative, and design teams to create compelling digital assets.
Ensure messaging and branding are consistent across all digital channels.
Social Media Strategy:
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms.
Create innovative and engaging campaigns to increase follower engagement and lead generation.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Ensure that the company’s website is optimized for search engines to improve rankings.
Implement technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content strategies to improve organic search visibility.
Collaboration and Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and IT.
Work closely with agencies, media partners, and third-party vendors.
Budgeting & Cost Management:
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring ROI on all marketing efforts.
Allocate spending and track progress across all digital marketing campaigns.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Experience: 8-12 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in stockbroking, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
Creative Skills: Strong understanding of content development and online brand management.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate across departments, and drive marketing innovation.
Analytical: Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience in performance marketing and ROI optimization.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Optimize CAC across digital platforms.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Ensure profitable returns on digital marketing investments.
Lead Generation & Conversion Rates: Increase the number of leads and conversions from digital campaigns.
