Position Purpose
• We are looking for 8+ years of experience talent as Brand Activation Lead to develop and implement
marketing strategies, drive lead generation, brand awareness and customer engagement in outlets.
This position is for Company to plan and monitor sales performance by designing
substantial plans, maintain customer connect and important stakeholders to understand competition,
insight, research, distribution, NSO, NPD, PnL, ROI, Events, Food Festivals, LSM’s And Brand Health.
Key Accountabilities
Brand Activation
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads and drive customer
acquisition, conduct events, organize food festivals etc
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and customer needs and develop
targeted marketing campaigns accordingly in the field.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels in the Offline Segments
and In-Store Promotions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and impactful marketing collateral,
including Hoardings, Banners, In-Store Collaterals, Food Festival Related Props etc.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and
make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and partners to
enhance brand visibility and reach in the catchment areas.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing
technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and highperforming culture.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure
seamless lead handoff.
Staff Management
• Lead recruitment efforts for the department and other key positions.
• Ensure that the field marketing team is adequately trained and skilled to meet performance
expectations.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the marketing team in a timely manner.
• Foster professional development and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Address team issues, including performance, attendance, and compliance with HR policies.
Financial Management
• Monitor the growth and ROI, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Take measures to optimize the advertisement costs/ Execution cost and improve financial
performance of all the events and food festivals.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels across outlets to minimize waste, track food costs, and
ensure consistency.
Reports & Analysis
• Prepare and submit reports on the performance of all campaign within the area, summarizing
sales, expenses, ROI, and any notable incidents or issues.
• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
Additional Duties
• Implement marketing and promotional activities as directed by the corporate office
• Plan and execute NSO/NPD period to identify and address operational issues, receive feedback,
and fine-tune processes before the grand opening.
• Organize and manage new store grand opening event, including promotional activities, special
offers, and a memorable launch celebration.
• Conduct training programs for all staff members, including management and marketing
Executing. Ensure they are well-versed with the marketing campaign and spends, ORM, Outlet
listing on GMB, outlet ratings on Zomato, Swiggy, Google.
EssentialQualifications
• Master’s Degree in Business Management from a UGC certified university
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills
• Understanding of financial management and better cost utilization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective strategies
• Familiarity with financial management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Food, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Open to Travel within designated geographical area.
Required Experiences
• Proven 8+ years of experience in LSM and Offline Marketing Role In the QSR/Retail/Restaurant
industry with masters in brand/marketing/business management.
