Position Title Brand Manager
Reports To Marketing Head, Operations Head Department Marketing
Position Purpose
• We are looking for 6+ years of experience talent as brand manager to build and raise awareness. This
position is only for Company to work on the creative’s, digital and physical artworks,
PR and Media Management for the brand.
Key Accountabilities
Brand Management
• Carrying out market research to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to
predict future trends.
• Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and
online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to
build the credibility of brands.
• Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
• Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain
consistency in branding.
• Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as
marketing assistants, marketing managers and chief marketing officers).
• Managing budgets and a team of junior assistants
• Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, TVC Shoots and photo shoots.
Staff Management
• Lead recruitment efforts for the department and other key positions.
• Ensure that the marketing team is adequately trained and skilled to meet performance
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the marketing team in a timely manner.
• Foster professional development and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Address team issues, including performance, attendance, and compliance with HR policies.
Financial Management
• Monitor the growth and ROI, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Take measures to optimize the advertisement costs/ Execution cost and improve financial
• Monitor and manage inventory levels across outlets to minimize waste, track food costs, and
ensure consistency
