Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location:  Indore

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO of our company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.   1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members.
  3. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the CEO, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  4. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  5. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials and agendas for meetings and appointments.
  6. Assist with special projects, initiatives, and events as assigned by the CEO, providing logistical support and coordination as needed.
  7. Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately.
  8. Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address administrative and organizational tasks to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  9. Collaborate with other members of the executive team and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.
  10. Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, record-keeping, expense tracking, and office management tasks, as needed.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
  3. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  6. High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
  7. Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  10. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel with the CEO as needed.
