Overview

– Overall responsibility of Dewas plant as Plant HR Head
– Hiring to retiring: Sourcing, screening, arranging interviews, offer letters, joining, induction, welcome
ceremony, KRA handover, ID Card, visiting cards, company assets, appointment letter, COC, No-dues,
experience letter, mediclaim, accidental claim, ESIC, PF, salary slips, form-16 and resolving employees’
issues.
– Recruitment of plant vacancies & Indore HO vacancies.
– HR compliances and resolving employees’ issues: PF, ESIC, PT, MW, LWF, WC, bonus & all returns, Plant HR
Audit
– All factory compliances: Licenses, RC, labour license and other compliances
– Updating all google trackers: Upcoming employee, vacancy tracker, HR pending Task, etc.
– Resolving plant labour issues & Compliances of contract labours
– Ensuring employee benefits under GMC, Life insurance, accidental insurance and converting HDFC account
to salary accounts
– Organising training programs, R&R, new initiatives and employee engagements at plant level
– Monitoring overall plant budget, productivity, OT and taking measures for manpower cost optimisation
– Admin, CCTV, travel, IT, company asset and SIM card, official email IDs management for plant
– Employee master & updating emergency contact etc: Plant employees
– Building second line of new operators & fitters within the plant
– Handling EHS and Safety of plant
– Employee Welfare: Canteen, drinking water etc.
