Job Role: Sales Manager- Solar Rooftop Solutions
Experience required: 5-7 years
Location: Indore, M.P.
Role & responsibilities:
• Develop and manage prospective clients for residential and SME rooftop sectors to meet
business targets.
• Enhance and utilize the existing prospect database to generate high-impact leads and
ensure successful conversion with desired profitability.
• Attend to all inquiries, providing promotional materials and information necessary to
convert them into sales orders.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion, achieving
commercial closure through collaboration with channel partners or individual clients.
• Schedule meetings with prospective customers and make compelling presentations to
influence their decision to choose Prism Ecoenergia’s solar products and services.
• Periodically follow up with prospective clients to ensure the conversion of sales orders.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Tech/EPC team for feasibility
assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams to address specific client queries and ensure seamless
execution.
• Monitor timely supply of materials and promptly address customer complaints
(quality/price/quantity) in consultation with the Head of Department (HOD).
• Monitor sales and collections in the assigned region by reviewing the sales team’s targets
and performance.
• Coordinate with EPC and project teams for after-sales service activities, ensuring seamless
communication among stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction.
• Support branding activities by collaborating on web and print media designs, stall designs,
and other marketing communication materials.
• Actively participate in publicity initiatives such as brand campaigns, mockups, mobility
vans, kiosks, exhibitions, hoardings, and signboards.
• Scan for various RFP and bidding requirements in the market for solar roofing.
• Coordinate with EPC and project teams for the preparation of quotations and technical
documentation of products/services offered by Prism Ecoenergia.
• Ensure timely responses to bids/RFPs in consultation with HOD.
• Discharge any additional roles and responsibilities as directed by management from time
to time.
