Job Description:
- Sourcing suitable candidates as per job mandates.
- Understanding job profiles shared by us.
- Minimum 5-6 hours of dedicated time per day.
- Devising an effective search plan.
- Conducting research on assignments.
- Calling prospective candidates for job opportunities.
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Excellent sourcing techniques through job boards, headhunting, and social networking sites like LinkedIn.
- Ability to handle multiple positions across various industries using different strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
Remuneration:
- Negotiable as per fitment/mandate.
- Freelance role on a profit-sharing basis.
Experience in BFSI and Consulting Sales hiring will be an added advantage.
