Job Description:

  1. Sourcing suitable candidates as per job mandates.
  2. Understanding job profiles shared by us.
  3. Minimum 5-6 hours of dedicated time per day.
  4. Devising an effective search plan.
  5. Conducting research on assignments.
  6. Calling prospective candidates for job opportunities.
  7. Managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Excellent sourcing techniques through job boards, headhunting, and social networking sites like LinkedIn.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions across various industries using different strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.

Remuneration:

  • Negotiable as per fitment/mandate.
  • Freelance role on a profit-sharing basis.

Experience in BFSI and Consulting Sales hiring will be an added advantage.

Minimum commitment of 5-6 hours per day is required. Housewives are encouraged to apply.
