Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Indore
Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO of our company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the CEO, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials and agendas for meetings and appointments.
- Assist with special projects, initiatives, and events as assigned by the CEO, providing logistical support and coordination as needed.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address administrative and organizational tasks to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, record-keeping, expense tracking, and office management tasks, as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel with the CEO as needed.
