Principal Accountabilities (Detailed Role & responsibilities):
·         To use innovative sales methods to achieve sales targets through Dealers, Retailer and Farmers.

·         Sound knowledge of the cattle feed market in India, including different feed types, nutritional requirements for cows and buffaloes, and market dynamics.

·         To generate new orders to meet up the sales target.

·         To fill & maintain Mahaveera Mitra Club Diary on regular basis.

·         To analyse and evaluate Mahaveera Mitra club members’ needs.

·         To fill google forms for sales incentive

·         To build long term client relationships and ensuring repeat sales orders

·         To achieve personal and team sales targets

·         To attend meetings, sales events and training time to time.

·         To provide market feedback to the reporting authority on a daily basis.

·         To manage client databases within the assigned territory.

·         To achieve Farmers’ Calling through RUNO App, and achieve monthly target.

·         To provide the details of the social media platform of RMPCL to dealers, retails and farmers.

·         To record the testimonials of the farmers and retailers’ territory and submit to Indore office.

Educational qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Agribusiness Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be advantageous.
Experience required A minimum of 4-5 years of direct sales experience in the cattle feed industry, specifically focused on selling feed for cows and buffaloes in various regions of India.

Proficiency in local languages spoken in the target regions for effective communication with customers.

Familiarity with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and sales software for managing sales data and customer interactions.
